Plaquex

In the United States much has been written about the beneficial effects of diet, exercise, vitamins, minerals, nutrition, and chelation therapy in the prevention and treatment of circulatory disorders.

For many years, Renaissance Medical Centre has been one of the main natural medicine clinics around the country using these treatments with success.  However, there has always been an occasional patient who did not achieve the desired benefits of chelation and would need to be treated with angioplasty, angiogram, or bypass surgery.

In a search to find help for these advanced cases of circulatory compromise, a new advance treatment that was being used in Europe was discovered.  The treatment known as Plaquex has proven to be extremely useful in helping patients avoid bypass surgery, angioplasty, amputations (especially in diabetics) and strokes.

Plaquex patients experience improved kidney function, improved sexual potency, better memory, and over all improvement of their health.

Plaquex is compromised of essential phospholipids with 70% of it being phosphatidylcholine. Studies have shown that one of the biochemical changes which occur with aging is a change in membrane lipid composition with substantial declining levels of phosphatidylcholine.

In animal studies it has been shown that the I.V. administration of essential phospholipids rich in phosphatidylcholine are able to reverse age-related changes in the lipid composition of heart muscle cells. This regenerative effect is manifested by an improvement in heart and lung function  in the treated individual. Studies on laboratory animals indicate that treating relatively aged animals with phosphatidylcholine over an extended period increased animal lifespan by an average of about 36%.

Plaquex can be part of a comprehensive natural medicine approach for such conditions as:

  • Carotid Artery Disease
  • Heart Disease
  • Coronary Artery Disease
  • Circulatory Compromise
  • Memory Problems
  • Fatigue
  • Anti-aging
  • Respiratory Disease
