Children – security, self-confidence, love, and see the future with sparkling eyes. Dream huge dreams. The world at their fingertips.
Children – shouting. Heated arguments. Hitting. Smacking. Slapping. Raised voices. Blood. Choking. Physical molestation. Fear – unable to make heads or tails. Unable to understand. Unable to help or be helped. Anger. Frustration. Guilt. I am alone. I am not worthy. No rescue. Nobody cares. Children try to handle the situation the best they can, driven by the will to survive. Right or wrong loses precedence.
Dealing with your Inner Child means knowing that you are safe and can no longer be hurt by the past, involves combining physical activity with a calm state of mind and maturity—trusting the subconscious to do its best job.
“I want to heal, I don’t want to be anxious, I’m fighting to feel good. I wake up feeling worried, anxious, and with impending doom, hyperventilating every morning. I’m losing everyone around me and those I love, I’m scared.” – AL (name changed for confidentiality)
Having lost her mother at 13 and mentally stuck in that moment till present, talk therapy, psychology, and other treatments failed, until finally, at age 14, she was placed on hormonal therapy to control mood swings.
After 14 days, learning to calm her mind, feeling the truth of her affirmations, acknowledging the underlying emotion – AL applied all tools and began her transformation – letting go of negative emotions in a healthy way, which allowed us to regress back to the ISE (Initial Sensitizing Event) – the painful night she lost her mother. CPRM protocol was applied, guiding young AL to her mother’s bed and being able to curl up beside Mom and have her last conversation, kept within for over 10 years. Psychic Cord – AL once again heard her mother’s voice, felt her mother’s presence, and felt the connection of motherly love.
Day 21 – she blossomed into a beautiful, radiant, confident young woman. Waking up each day kissing the sunlight, hugging her dog “Honey,” and valuing her supportive relationship with her significant other, who never fails to repeat her affirmations to her when he notices she needs to hear them the most.
