Erika Rothacker ACN, RDN, LD is a registered dietitian and applied clinical nutritionist with extensive experience in clinical, community, and corporate settings. She is an accredited member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and specializes in Integrative and Functional Medicine, Trauma, Substance Abuse, Eating Disorders, Intuitive Eating, and Lifestyle Interventions. Erika earned her Bachelor of Nutrition Science at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, where she also interned, and her Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition at the Northeast College of Health Science. She is a licensed dietitian in the state of Nevada.

Passionate about the power of nutrition and lifestyle to promote wholeness, Erika works with clients using holistic and integrative approaches for weight and body image, eating disorders and disordered eating, substance abuse and addictions, and other concerns requiring medical nutritional therapy.  She is also currently developing a specialty in integrative approaches to cancer care through the Terrain Advocate program at the Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health.

Erika firmly believes (and lives) the truth that your genes and history are not your destiny. Once you are aware of your vulnerabilities, you can develop effective, enjoyable eating, exercise, and health habits that address your current medical issues and reduce the risk of future conditions, leading to radiant health and fuller life.

When Erika isn't in the clinic, she loves hiking, pickle balling, paddleboarding, and all things outdoors. She also enjoys cooking at home and exploring the culinary options of Las Vegas, watching college basketball, and cherishing time with her husband, family, and fur babies.
