Here are some questions that you can ask yourself to evaluate how your health is doing.
-In the past year, how many days have you been sick?
-Do you have energy to do whatever you want to without “pushing” yourself or crashing at night?
-Are you motivated to start new projects or to finish projects?
-What did you want to do in the past year that you couldn’t because your body wouldn’t?
Our health is our greatest asset. Without it we can not accomplish our dreams and aspirations. Don’t take for granted that you have to live with illness.
