Don’t Be a Laggard

In 1997, the British Medical Journal published a study done at Queens University, Belfast, Ireland in which they tracked 1,000 middle-aged men over 10 years. What they found was men who reported the highest frequency of orgasm enjoyed a death rate half that of the laggards. More specifically having orgasm 3 times a week decreased risk of heart attack and stroke by half (no medicine will do that!). The men also had improved prostate function and improved sleep.
